All rates in CAD. We ship across Canada and United States of America

Processing time: 1-3 business days
Delivery time: 3-7 business days (most of Canada)
You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Shipping Carrier
We select the most reliable carrier for your order to ensure fast delivery and excellent service. All orders include tracking information.
Carriers may include Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, or other trusted shipping providers based on your location and delivery speed.
Shipping Restrictions
- Please provide a physical address (no P.O. boxes)
- Ensure your shipping address is accurate - we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Customs (if applicable)
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Circumstances beyond our control
Issues with Your Order?
Damaged package? Take photos of the packaging and product. Contact us at info@themaverik.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Lost package? If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors/building management first, then contact us with your order number.
Refused or undeliverable packages: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on refused deliveries or packages returned due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.
Liability
Maverik Inc. is not liable for:
- Delays in shipping or delivery
- Items lost or damaged by the carrier after shipment (we will work with you to file claims)
- Packages stolen after confirmed delivery (not left in a secure location)
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.
